


Packaged Herbs
The following herb packages are especially good for adding to a lamb spice mix of your own creation. Most are sourced from Spain except for the Garlic Salt which I blended using locally-grown organic garlic.
.Bay Leaves - add to a braising liquid, sauce, or stew base
.Whole Cumin (untoasted) - toast in a dry pan and grind, then rub onto lamb with salt and pepper for a delicious grilled or pan-seared meal.
.Oregano - add to a braising liquid, sauce, or stew base
.Garlic Salt - Use as an adobo base as is or just add pepper to your liking and other herbals that you have on hand. Add to a braising liquid, sauce, or stew base
