


Spanish Saffron
These vibrant threads make for a very fragrant addition to your sides, sauces, and spice mix. It is particularly delicious when lamb is on the menu! I source this saffron from a contact in southern Spain where I visit once a year. It is fresh from the 2025 season. I have limited quantities in sealed boxes of 2 or 4 grams. A little goes a long way!
